Of course it is, and I am willing to bet that you have considered getting into the real estate market at some point. You probably figure, you will buy a little and sell a little, and renting? To succeed in this market you will need to invest a lot more than money, you will need to put in a whole lot of time and patience not to mention commitment. It is true that you could make scads of cash but first you need to know all of the ins and out of the real estate investing business. The average investor will not see a decent income for at least 5 years. Investing in real estate successfully takes time.
